Privacy Policy

Drakiq AI ("we", "our", "us") provides Instagram DM automation services at drakiqai.vercel.app. We help businesses automate replies to Instagram DMs, comments, and story mentions using keyword-based triggers.

When you use Drakiq AI, we collect:

• Facebook/Instagram Account Data — Your name, email, Facebook User ID, and Instagram Business Account ID when you log in via Facebook OAuth.
• Page Access Token — A token granted by Facebook that allows us to send messages on your behalf. Stored securely and never shared.
• Instagram Content — Post IDs, captions, and story metadata from your connected Instagram Business Account.
• Automation Rules — Keywords and reply messages you configure in our dashboard.
• Execution Logs — Records of automated replies sent, including timestamp, automation type, and status.

• To authenticate you via Facebook Login and maintain your session.
• To connect your Instagram Business Account and execute automation rules.
• To send automated replies via the Meta Graph API on your behalf.
• To display analytics and execution logs in your dashboard.
• To improve our service and fix technical issues.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Drakiq AI uses the Meta Graph API. By connecting your account, you authorize us to:

• Read your Instagram Business profile and media.
• Send messages and replies via your connected Instagram account.
• Receive webhook events (DMs, comments, story mentions) from Meta.

We request only the permissions required: instagram_basic, pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement.

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

We use HTTPS, environment variable secrets, and role-based access. We do not store the content of messages sent by users who interact with your Instagram account.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Execution logs are retained for 90 days by default.

• Revoke Facebook/Instagram permissions via Facebook's app settings.

Drakiq AI is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
