Drakiq AI — Instagram DM Automation

What Data We Store

When you connect your Instagram account to Drakiq AI, we store:

  • Your Facebook User ID, name, and email address
  • Your Instagram Business Account ID and username
  • Your Page Access Token (used to send automated replies)
  • Automation rules you configured (keywords and reply messages)
  • Instagram post and story metadata
  • Execution logs of automated replies sent

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1 — Via Facebook Settings (Automatic)

When you remove Drakiq AI from your Facebook connected apps, we automatically receive a deletion request and permanently delete all your data within 24 hours.

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find Drakiq AI and click Remove
  4. Confirm removal — your data will be deleted automatically

Option 2 — Email Request

Send us an email and we will delete all your data within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we permanently delete:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Your connected Instagram account and access token
  • All automation rules you created
  • All execution logs
  • All Instagram post and story data synced to our platform
  • All session and authentication data

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You would need to reconnect your Instagram account to use Drakiq AI again.
